DESCRIPTION:Intervision avec Isabelle Laugier – coach\, médiatrice et PCE ASPCE®. \nDans notre fonction de PCE\, l’intervision est un espace structuré indispensable pour soutenir la qualité de la pratique : sortir de l’isolement\, prendre du recul\, affiner son discernement et garantir des interventions ajustées. Cet espace n’existe qu’à travers la participation de chacun.\nPour ce faire\, reconnaissant le bien-fondé de cette méthode\, le comité vous incite à y participer et nous organisons une « Intervision en live » peu avant l’AG.\nMême si l’Intervision n’est pas « force obligatoire » d’une PCE\, elle en a néanmoins toute sa raison d’être. Nous comptons sur votre engagement pour la rendre possible et\, ensemble\, construire un standard de qualité au sein de notre association. \nInscription (comite (@) aspce.ch) et proposition de cas avant le 15 mai ; 2 cas seront choisis.
